Job Title: Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team at Photon. This individual will be responsible for driving the development of compelling and impactful creative solutions that exceed client expectations and achieve our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Concept Development: Lead the creative team in developing innovative and engaging concepts across various platforms, including digital, print, video, and experiential.
  2. Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
  3. Strategic Direction: Provide strategic direction and creative guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all work aligns with the client's vision and objectives.
  4. Team Mentorship: Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  5. Industry Trends: Stay current on industry trends and best practices, integrating new ideas and technologies into our creative processes.
  6. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
  7. Production Oversight: Oversee the production process, working closely with external vendors and contractors to ensure quality and consistency.
  8. Creative Review: Review and approve creative deliverables, providing constructive feedback to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.
  9. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  10. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to integrate creative solutions into broader business strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within an agency or corporate environment.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects across various mediums.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Project Management: Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results that drive business impact.
