Job Title: Philanthropy Program Manager

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.

The Staff Pad is a leading partner for non-profit healthcare systems in Montana, providing exceptional care and commitment to the community. We are seeking a highly skilled Philanthropy Program Manager to join our team.

About the Role:
  • Manage donor records and provide administrative support to the Foundation team.
  • Assist with fundraising events, financial tasks, and database management.
  • Communicate effectively with board members, volunteers, donors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Database Management: Oversee the Blackbaud RE database for 50,000+ donor, prospect, and stakeholder records.
  2. Financial Coordination: Assist the Foundation Accountant with monthly financials, account reconciliations, pledge management, audit reports, Form 990, and charitable gift annuity valuations.
  3. Donor Acknowledgment: Prepare and send thank-you letters for each donation in partnership with the Donor Engagement Officer.
Qualifications:
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Raisers Edge database management.
  • Experience with accounting and bank deposits required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with board members, volunteers, donors, and other stakeholders.
