Join the State of Montana as a Data Analyst Manager and contribute to the success of the GEAR UP program.

As a member of the Montana Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs team, you will play a vital role in analyzing data to drive program effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have experience with data management and analysis, with a strong background in education or a related field. A bachelor's degree is required, with education, computer science, or business management preferred.

We are seeking someone who can communicate complex data insights to stakeholders and develop strategies based on program results. Experience working with rural, low-income, first-generation, and/or Native American populations is a plus.

In this role, you will work closely with our external evaluator CoBro Consulting to analyze data from the COMPASS database and develop training materials for school districts and campuses. You will also be responsible for communicating program progress to stakeholders and identifying best practices for improvement.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000-$85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
