Job Summary

F&B 575 LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Server Assistant to join our dining room team. As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Shift Preparation
    • Conduct a thorough inspection of your assigned station to ensure it is properly set up and clean.
    • Complete designated side work checklists during opening and closing shifts.
  • Dining Room Maintenance
    • Keep the dining room floors free of debris and spills.
    • Bus tables and re-set them for the next guests.
    • Ensure the cleanliness of the dining room and station at all times.
  • Guest Service
    • Provide excellent service to all guests.
    • Assist guests courteously and efficiently.
    • Anticipate and address guests' needs promptly.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Deliver food from the kitchen to guests' tables.
    • Assist in setting up tables according to the floor plan.
    • Prepare and serve hot beverages, such as coffee and tea.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with servers, server assistants, and other team members.
    • Attend daily pre-meal meetings and monthly department meetings.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Participate in food and beverage training classes as requested.
    • Wish guests a warm farewell and thank them for their visit.
    • Be aware of guests' water preferences and make adjustments accordingly.
    • Place take-out food in appropriate containers.
    Requirements
    • Language Proficiency
      • Read, write, and speak English fluently.
    • Availability and Flexibility
      • Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including holidays.
    • Personal Qualities
      • Be a self-motivator and motivator of others.
      • Work in a safe, prudent, and organized manner.
      • Have good knowledge of food and beverage preparations.
      • Be able to relate to all levels of guests and management.
      • Have excellent communication and organization skills.
      • Maintain a clean and healthy personal hygiene and grooming.
      • Be able to consistently delight and satisfy our guests.
    • Certifications
      • TIPS and ServSafe Certified.
