Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to join our team in Abingdon/Bristol. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our community living program, ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients, and providing guidance and support to our direct support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor direct support staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care and support to our clients.
  • Work with our team to create a positive and productive work environment, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care and support.
  • Identify and address any health, safety, and environmental concerns, and report any safety and maintenance issues as needed.
  • Ensure that clinical and behavioral support objectives and goals are implemented and documented, and that our clients receive the support they need to live their best lives.
  • Provide oversight of dietary supports, including menu planning and grocery shopping, and ensure that our clients receive nutritious and healthy meals.
  • Ensure that protocols for communicating medical concerns are being followed, and that our clients receive timely and effective medical care.
  • Monitor the budgets and finances of our clients, and ensure that our financial resources are being used effectively and efficiently.
  • Collect and report management information to ensure continuous evaluation and improvement of our operations.
  • Implement fiscal processes and loss control programs to ensure that our financial resources are being used effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor employee schedules, Teletime reports, and Punch Correction sheets to ensure that our staff are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required (Exceptions to educational requirements must comply with state law and regulations).
  • Experience in providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities or related disorders preferred.
  • Minimum age requirement is 18 years.

Salary Range

USD $18.42 / Hour
