Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to join our team at ResCare Community Living. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and developing staff to ensure quality care and support for individuals with developmental disabilities.

• Coach and mentor direct support staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.
• Create a positive work environment and ensure the proper deployment of direct support staff.
• Address and correct health, safety, and environmental concerns, and report safety and maintenance concerns as needed.
• Ensure clinical and behavioral support objectives and goals are implemented and documented.
• Provide oversight of dietary supports, including menu planning and grocery shopping.
• Ensure protocols for communicating medical concerns are being followed.
• Ensure medication administration records are current and ensure medical appointments are scheduled and met.
• Monitor budgets and finances of the person(s) served.
• Collect and report management information to ensure continuous evaluation and improvement of operations.
• Implement fiscal processes and loss control programs to ensure appropriate allocation of financial resources.
• Monitor employee schedules, Teletime reports, and Punch Correction sheets.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities or related disorders preferred.
• Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
