Site Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential programs, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Coach and mentor direct support staff to ensure quality care and support
- Create a positive work environment and deploy direct support staff effectively
- Address and correct health, safety, and environmental concerns
- Ensure clinical and behavioral support objectives and goals are implemented and documented
- Monitor budgets and finances of the person(s) served
- Collect and report management information to ensure continuous evaluation and improvement of operations
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities or related disorders preferred
