Job Title: Technology Training and Instructional Design Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Professional to join our team. This role will bridge both training delivery and the design of course content, material, and eLearning. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training to all attorneys and staff on how to best use the Firm's technology to enable their success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training to all attorneys and staff on the effective use of the Firm's technology
- Design and develop training materials, including eLearning content, using approved Firm templates and branding
- Collaborate with Instructional Design Managers to create and manage the Tech Training Tip program and WalkMe content
- Develop short micro learning content to support the Firm's technology training program
- Provide escalated 'how to' targeted training/support to individuals as needed on Firm applications and procedures
- Evaluate training effectiveness and revise and update materials and delivery as needed
Requirements:
- Three or more years of professional training experience in a legal environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to project a professional, engaging demeanor and provide a positive, high-energy learning experience
- Experience in the creation of online content and eLearning is preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Familiarity with Articulate 360, Techsmith Camtasia, and other eLearning tools
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. The successful candidate will be based in Chicago but will work with a global team to deliver training anywhere in the world.
