We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Speech Therapist to join our rehabilitation services team on a per diem basis at AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and contribute to their recovery journey.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program, be licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Florida, and hold certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Experience in video fluoroscopic studies and dysphagia treatment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patient needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Florida.
  • ASHA certification.
  • Experience in video fluoroscopic studies and dysphagia treatment preferred.
