About the Role

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Burn/Trauma Surgical ICU. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care to patients and their families, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest quality patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, promoting open and transparent communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
  • 2 years med/surge experience required.
  • Membership in professional organizations is recommended, and certification in a specialty area is encouraged.
