Job Title: Burn Trauma Surgical Nurse

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Burn Trauma Surgical Nurse to join our team in Somerville, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Burn Unit.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in burn trauma care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage patients with burn injuries.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
  • Current surgical trauma experience preferred.
  • Membership in professional organizations is recommended and certification in a specialty area is encouraged.
