We are seeking an experienced RN Executive Director Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administration of hospice services, including staff management, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a culture of excellence and customer service.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in hospice or healthcare management, with a focus on operations and business development.
  • Strong knowledge of hospice operations, regulatory requirements, and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Ability to travel 100% of the time, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience and knowledge.
