About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our oncology team. The successful candidate will work under general supervision to assist patients, families, and caregivers overcome healthcare barriers. This includes conducting ongoing assessments of need and facilitating referrals throughout the oncology continuum of care.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and document physiological, psychological, sociocultural, and spiritual health status of patients on admission
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide education and resources to patients and families to facilitate informed decision-making
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $118,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes PPO medical plan, paid time off, retirement programs, and tuition reimbursement.
