Permanent Placement Resources, LLC is seeking a dedicated Ophthalmologist to join a well-established healthcare organization.   • The Eye & Vision Institute comprises a skilled team of ophthalmologists, optometrists, and opticians, providing essential services such as vision assessments, corrective lenses, screenings for ocular diseases, and treatment for various eye conditions.
  • This role features a standard work week with flexibility for a 4-day option, managing a patient load that includes both clinic visits and surgical procedures at a state-of-the-art outpatient surgical facility.
  • The incoming physician will have the opportunity to work at multiple locations, enhancing their clinical experience.
  • Typical cases include a variety of comprehensive ophthalmology procedures, such as cataract surgery, corneal treatments, diabetic eye care, eyelid surgeries, glaucoma management, and macular degeneration.
  • While the patient demographic primarily consists of adults, there is potential to treat pediatric patients if desired.
  • Each physician will benefit from dedicated examination rooms and a supportive, experienced staff.
  • Our facilities are equipped with advanced technology, including YAG lasers, OCT imaging, visual field testing, and more.
  • Although LASIK procedures are not currently offered, there is potential for future inclusion based on interest.
  • The call schedule is manageable, with a rotation that allows for work-life balance.
  • We offer a competitive compensation package, with many physicians earning above the 90th percentile, along with a generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
