The practice encompasses a wide range of healthcare services, including multiple-specialty clinics throughout the region. The Eye & Vision Institute is staffed by a team of skilled ophthalmologists, optometrists, and opticians, providing comprehensive vision care, including examinations, corrective lenses, and treatment for various eye conditions.

Work Schedule: Enjoy a balanced work-life with a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday), with options for a 4-day work week. The physician will see a diverse patient base and will have the opportunity to perform surgeries at a state-of-the-art outpatient surgical facility.

Expect to dedicate two days per week to surgical procedures, with one day spent at a nearby location.

Case Mix: The practice primarily focuses on comprehensive ophthalmology, including but not limited to cataracts, corneal issues, diabetic retinopathy, eyelid surgeries, glaucoma, and macular degeneration. While the patient demographic is predominantly adults, there is flexibility to accommodate pediatric patients if desired.

Each physician will be equipped with three dedicated examination rooms and supported by an experienced staff.

Office Equipment: The facility is well-equipped with advanced technology, including YAG laser, OCT, Visual Field testing, Fundus Photography, Auto Refraction, IOL Master, Fluorescein, and Pentacam. While LASIK procedures are not currently offered, there is potential for future implementation.

Call Schedule: The call schedule is 1:5, meaning the physician will be on call every fifth weekend, primarily handling phone inquiries.

Compensation: The position offers a competitive compensation package, exceeding the 75th percentile nationally, with many physicians earning above the 90th percentile. Additional benefits include a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
