Job Title: Customer Service Representative

At EssilorLuxottica, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process customer requests for quotations, orders, and returns in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage and coordinate order fulfillment, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and sitting.
