The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Installation and Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment and networks. Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive reliable and high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain telecommunications equipment, including copper and fiber optic cables, routers, and switches.
• Repair and troubleshoot technical issues with telecommunications networks and equipment.
• Perform continuity and conformance testing to ensure network integrity.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, maps, and diagrams to perform specified work.
• Interact with customers professionally and courteously to resolve technical issues and provide service.
• Identify opportunities to improve network performance and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecommunications installation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications equipment and networks.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
