Narrow Web Technical Sales Professional

Nazdar SourceOne is seeking a skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our Narrow Web division based in the Upper Midwest Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, increasing sales, and creating customer awareness of Nazdar Narrow Web within the assigned territory.
About the JobThis role involves troubleshooting, training, and seminars, as well as problem-solving and providing the latest information on new and existing Narrow Web products. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Representing Nazdar Narrow Web in the respective territory.
- Managing direct accounts within the assigned territory.
- Resolving customer technical problems for assigned accounts.
- Participating in developing sales objectives for the assigned territory.
- Providing hands-on account management and technical support to current and potential high-volume or technically challenging accounts.
- Designing and implementing a sales/service strategy, including conducting analysis of target accounts, customer requirements, identifying decision-makers, and developing a strategy for each organization to develop new business.
- Conducting specialized seminars at customers and distributors, focusing on key customers interested in specified topics.
- Working with direct accounts and their sales forces by providing training on new and existing products.
- Establishing annual sales goals for the territory, including specific target accounts and plans to earn new business.
- Informing the Territory Manager of sales/technical activity within the region, identifying strengths and weaknesses within the territory, and developing a strategic plan for improvement and growth.
- Providing technical support, creative solutions, and follow-up regarding customer problems.
- Providing Narrow Web technical support and product training to internal and external customers.
- Acting as a liaison between R&D, Customer Service, and Technical Service.
- Traveling to customer sites within the region to perform technical or sales calls, conversions, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Establishing ink room SOPs where needed and providing training for customer staff.
- Performing the job according to pre-established safety, quality, and efficiency standard operating procedures.
- Assisting with other duties as directed by the supervisor.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of flexo industry experience, with at least 2 years of sales-related experience in a specialized area.
- Preferred 2-5 years of minimum experience working in a flexo application arena.
- Experience with applications/operating of narrow web products.
- Operating experience should include product application, troubleshooting, service, and training of ink dispensing systems.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Previous sales experience with proven sales growth history within a specific region.
