Child and Family Support Professional

To be successful in this role, you will require a master's degree in psychology, sociology, education, or a related human services field or a licensed RN. You must be a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) as determined by the Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) and/or the Oregon Mental Health Division.
You should be able to engage with families, clients, community team members, and all levels of internal staff and clinical team members. Understanding the dynamics of the Clinical Responder role in relation to engagement with clinical support of campus is essential.
A previous clinical experience and positive approach to engagement with clients and staff are highly desirable. Willingness to innovative approaches and provide feedback to the clinical team is also an asset.
