About the Position

The YMCA of Columbia Willamette is seeking a Developmental Support Professional to join our team at the Bybee Lakes Hope Center. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our child development center, including supervising aides and volunteers, maintaining a safe and developmentally appropriate classroom environment, and implementing a fun and engaging curriculum.

You will work closely with our Lead Teacher and Site Director to develop strong relationships with children, parents, and the community. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment while making a positive impact on the lives of our children and families.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
