Job Overview

The role involves executing wiring, harnessing, and cabling tasks, which include wire stripping, crimping, layout, and lacing in accordance with IPC 620 standards. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating automated assembly machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret engineering blueprints and BOMs accurately.
  • Perform various wiring and harnessing tasks with precision.
  • Set up and manage automated assembly equipment effectively.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Must successfully pass an eye examination.
  • Capable of reading small print with clarity.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are necessary.
  • Proficient in utilizing both manual and powered hand tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the aircraft avionics sector is advantageous.
  • IPC-610 Certification is a plus.
