Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Assembler to join our team at Innovative Solutions and Support. As an Electronics Assembler, you will be responsible for performing mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic assembly tasks, including wiring, harnessing, and soldering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and utilize shop paperwork, including travelers, work instructions, and process documents.
  • Perform mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic assembly tasks.
  • Utilize manual and powered hand tools.
  • Inspect and verify soldering per work instructions and IPC 610 Class 3.
  • Set up and run automated and semi-automated assembly equipment.
  • Perform standard repair procedures.
  • Extract and input data into MRP system.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in electro-mechanical assembly and soldering.
  • Experience with ISO 9000.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IPC-610 Certification.
  • Ability to conduct final assembly, testing, and minor troubleshooting of avionics to meet strict customer specifications.
  • Ability to work with various hand tools and presses.
