Job Title: Electronics Assembler / SoldererJob Summary

Innovative Solutions and Support is seeking a skilled Electronics Assembler / Solderer to join our team in Exton, PA. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and soldering electronic components, ensuring high-quality products that meet strict customer specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble and solder electronic components, including wiring, harnessing, and cabling, according to engineering blueprints and work instructions.
  • Perform mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic assembly tasks, including potting, encapsulating, conformal coating, bonding, curing, and stamping.
  • Utilize manual and powered hand tools, as well as automated and semi-automated assembly equipment.
  • Inspect and verify soldering work, ensuring compliance with IPC 610 Class 3 standards.
  • Set up and operate ERSA and other assembly equipment, as well as perform operator-level preventative maintenance on area equipment.
  • Extract and input data into the MRP system, and perform final assembly and testing.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Attention to detail and previous experience in electro-mechanical assembly and soldering.
  • Experience with ISO 9000 and IPC-610 certification is desired.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lb and pass an eye exam.
  • A high degree of manual dexterity is required.
