Compensation and Benefits for the Laboratory Notebook Inventory Technician:
- Hourly wage: $25/hr
- Work location: Leading consumer goods company (Onsite)
- W2 Employment, Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Retirement Savings Plan, Paid Sick Leave
- 32 hours/week, Temporary assignment, Potential for extension
Key Responsibilities of the Laboratory Notebook Inventory Technician:
- Identify appropriate storage locations for all notebooks.
- Oversee the flow of lab notebooks to and from a third-party storage provider.
- Systematically organize, compile, and document various details of each lab notebook in our inventory.
- Report any inconsistencies or unusual entries in notebooks to management for further investigation.
- Prepare a comprehensive inventory of research and development notebooks.
Qualifications for the Laboratory Notebook Inventory Technician:
- 1-3 years of applicable experience.
- Familiarity with inventory management and proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent organizational and documentation capabilities.
- Ability to manage logistics and liaise with external storage companies.
- Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of laboratory operations and safety procedures is advantageous.
Work Schedule for the Laboratory Notebook Inventory Technician:
- Monday to Thursday, 8 hours each day.
