Compensation and Benefits for the Laboratory Notebook Inventory Technician:

  • Hourly wage: $25/hr
  • Work location: Leading consumer goods company (Onsite)
  • W2 Employment, Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Retirement Savings Plan, Paid Sick Leave
  • 32 hours/week, Temporary assignment, Potential for extension

Key Responsibilities of the Laboratory Notebook Inventory Technician:

  • Identify appropriate storage locations for all notebooks.
  • Oversee the flow of lab notebooks to and from a third-party storage provider.
  • Systematically organize, compile, and document various details of each lab notebook in our inventory.
  • Report any inconsistencies or unusual entries in notebooks to management for further investigation.
  • Prepare a comprehensive inventory of research and development notebooks.

Qualifications for the Laboratory Notebook Inventory Technician:

  • 1-3 years of applicable experience.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation capabilities.
  • Ability to manage logistics and liaise with external storage companies.
  • Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of laboratory operations and safety procedures is advantageous.

Work Schedule for the Laboratory Notebook Inventory Technician:

  • Monday to Thursday, 8 hours each day.
