Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Specialist to join our team in the Heart Failure Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data and processes that drive our divisional planning system. You will also lead SAP projects and work closely with IT teams to improve data quality, provide training, and enhance system functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and support SAP solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage and optimize SAP system performance, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Conduct system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain system integrity and performance.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and junior team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP implementation and support.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, and QM.
  • Strong understanding of SAP integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Proven experience in project management and leading SAP projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • SAP certification is a plus.
