- Clean background check and driving record

- Perform routine maintenance on trailers and rental equipment, including part replacements, minor welding, and structural repairs.
- Provide precise estimates regarding repair time and effort.
- Keep a detailed log of maintenance activities and issues encountered.
- Utilize and maintain various hand, power, and shop tools effectively.
- Assist with the movement of trailers and equipment as directed by management.
- Safely load and unload equipment as necessary.
- Conduct new trailer setups and complete pre-delivery inspection checklists.
- Coordinate with the team for equipment preparation, painting, and significant welding or fabrication tasks.
- Ensure timely detailing of equipment.
- Maintain the appearance of trailers and equipment for sale, ensuring cleanliness inside and out.
- Uphold a safe and organized work environment.
- Support the company's vision within the department.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Execute all responsibilities promptly and effectively, adhering to company policies to meet overall objectives and supervisor expectations.
- Keep supervisors informed of any significant issues or unusual matters and take corrective actions when necessary.
