Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Perform routine maintenance on trailers and rental equipment, including part replacements, minor welding, and structural repairs.
  2. Provide precise estimates regarding repair time and effort.
  3. Keep a detailed log of maintenance activities and issues encountered.
  4. Utilize and maintain various hand, power, and shop tools effectively.
  5. Assist with the movement of trailers and equipment as directed by management.
  6. Safely load and unload equipment as necessary.
  7. Conduct new trailer setups and complete pre-delivery inspection checklists.
  8. Coordinate with the team for equipment preparation, painting, and significant welding or fabrication tasks.
  9. Ensure timely detailing of equipment.
  10. Maintain the appearance of trailers and equipment for sale, ensuring cleanliness inside and out.
  11. Uphold a safe and organized work environment.
  12. Support the company's vision within the department.
  13. Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
  14. Execute all responsibilities promptly and effectively, adhering to company policies to meet overall objectives and supervisor expectations.
  15. Keep supervisors informed of any significant issues or unusual matters and take corrective actions when necessary.
