Tarsco Construction Corporation is seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.

This role requires a strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, as well as excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. You will work closely with our management team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably in the midstream and downstream oil and gas sector. A bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, or business administration is required.

Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities:
