About the Role
  • You will be responsible for providing training, assistance, and supervision to our clients in areas such as living skills, therapeutic recreation, and daily activities.
  • You will assist with meal preparation, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and medication administration, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
  • You will facilitate working relationships between employers and clients, promoting community involvement through outings, transportation, and other activities.
  • You will work closely with clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • At least six months to one year of experience in the human services field.
  • A valid driver's license from your state of residence.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You will need to clear background checks successfully.
  • A caring attitude, dedication to assisting others, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication.
  • A reliable, responsible attitude, compassionate approach, and commitment to quality in everything you do.
