Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough daily cleaning and organization of the home, ensuring a consistently tidy and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Handle all laundry duties, including washing, drying, and ironing garments and linens.
  • Lead and supervise a team of housekeepers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage incoming mail and packages, as well as facilitate returns when necessary.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels in various household areas, including the pantry and supply closets, ensuring all items are adequately stocked.
  • Run errands as required, including grocery shopping and coordinating with service providers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and service personnel, ensuring security and proper protocol are followed.
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and service to the household.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Proven experience in a similar role with references to validate expertise.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, complemented by a friendly and approachable personality.
  • In-depth knowledge of care procedures for various household items, including antiques and fine materials.
  • Commitment to long-term employment.
  • Adaptability to changing schedules and responsibilities.
  • Willingness to undertake additional tasks as requested.

Work Schedule:

This position is full-time, typically Monday through Friday, with the possibility of additional hours as needed.

Compensation:

Hourly pay rate of up to $45, based on experience, along with a year-end bonus and benefits package.
