Job Summary

Natalis Psychology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Generalist Mental Health Psychotherapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing direct therapy services, overseeing the generalist team, and ensuring the highest level of competency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow Natalis' psychotherapy team to the highest level of competency.
  • Oversee weekly clinical staff schedules across multiple locations, including monitoring client flow and documentation efficiency.
  • Responsible for interviewing and hiring candidates to grow the psychotherapy team.
  • Train, supervise, and mentor licensed behavioral health professionals, and pre-and post-degree clinicians.
  • Handle client service issues and ensure the team is upholding excellent standards with all client interactions.
  • Complete documentation of clients and supervisees in a timely manner.
  • Oversee a case consultation 1x/week for clinicians and trainees to attend.
Requirements
  • MA, MSP, MS, PsyD or PhD Required
  • Independent psychotherapy licensure
  • Board approved supervisor
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience practicing independently as a psychotherapist
