We are seeking a licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (Independent Contractor) to provide advocacy and facilitate awareness, growth, and psychological development of our clients to aid in the recovery process.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide individual, couples, and family therapy in the metro area.
- Operate own practice in association with an established mental health provider.
- Minimum of 10 clients on caseload.
- Services are provided in the community, primarily in people's homes.
- Participation in consultation group meeting every month.
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or human services-related field.
- Licensed as LICSW, LPCC, LP, or LMFT in the State of Minnesota.
- 2 years post-licensure experience.
- Skilled in identifying and assessing individuals with SPMI, conducting diagnostic assessments, developing individual treatment plans, and recording keeping as per DHS standards.
