About the Role:

This is a part-time, temporary project for the next 3-4 months that offers a completely remote schedule allowing candidates to work from anywhere in EST.

The Temporary Student Database Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and inputting various records of student data, maintaining accuracy for large data sets from various sources, pulling reports as requested, and implementing systems to enhance data integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, maintain, and track student adjudication data using Excel spreadsheets and student databases or nonprofit association software like Open Water.
  • Generate various reports to monitor data, identify missing information, and ensure compliance with application requirements.
  • Analyze and improve data collection systems and workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness by cross-checking information and maintaining data sheets.
  • Track scheduling and change requests related to the Program.
  • Assist in developing and implementing systems to merge and track data points effectively.
  • Monitor compliance with application requirements and ensure adherence to program guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Professional background in large project data management and systems improvement.
  • Ability to maintain and organize large amounts of data from multiple sources.
  • Familiarity with association management software protocols.
  • Passion about data collection and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel, as well as database platforms like Open Water or student association databases.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with an eagle eye for details.
  • Adaptability, organization, and time management - juggle many priorities and shift gears quickly in a high-paced environment.
  • Comfortable learning new technology systems and helping others to do so.
  • Desire to work on a mission-driven team, collaborating effectively across multiple time zones.

What We Offer:

  • This career opportunity provides a starting hourly pay of $18.00 to $21.00 DOE plus medical, dental, vision and voluntary life insurance, an employee assistance plan (EAP), and commuter and transit benefits for those who are working on average 30 or more hours per week.
