Project Manager - Data Analytics

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our Data Analytics projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and proficiency in agile methodologies and frameworks. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently manage cross-functional teams, track project progress, mitigate dependencies, and proactively address blockers to ensure successful project delivery.

Additionally, experience in data management and implementing data management platforms is highly desirable.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:
Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Project Planning:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management strategies.

Stakeholder Management:
Effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, communicate project status, and manage expectations.

Team Management:
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Progress Tracking:
Implement robust project tracking mechanisms to monitor progress, identify deviations, and take corrective actions, as necessary.

Risk Mitigation:
Proactively identify project risks, assess their potential impact, and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruptions.

Dependency Management:
Manage dependencies across multiple work streams, coordinating efforts to ensure timely delivery and alignment.

Issue Resolution:
Address project issues and blockers in a timely manner, escalating to higher management when necessary to facilitate resolution.

Quality Assurance:
Uphold high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle, conducting regular reviews and implementing best practices.

Data Management:

Oversee data management initiatives within projects, including implementing data management platforms, ensuring data quality, and facilitating data integration efforts.


Continuous Improvement:
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned to enhance project delivery capabilities.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
Proficiency in agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is essential.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with rapidly evolving priorities.
Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana) is preferred.
Experience in data management and implementing data management platforms is highly desirable.
