Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the hotel while delivering outstanding service to guests.
- Serve as a representative of the hotel, crafting personalized experiences and building relationships that encourage guest loyalty.
- Ensure cleanliness in the lobby, hallways, and public areas, including the sidewalk and signage.
- Prepare meeting rooms according to specified requirements and perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Organize and manage complimentary hotel lobby functions, including morning coffee and evening concierge events.
- Respond promptly to guest requests with a friendly demeanor.
- Return lost items to the Housekeeping Department with proper documentation.
- Be adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field; previous housekeeping experience is advantageous.
- Strong passion for customer service with effective verbal and basic writing skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 to $22.00, based on various factors including qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and medical/dental/vision insurance, among others.
