Job Summary

As a Mini Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by ensuring their mini-bar is fully stocked and well-maintained. This includes taking accurate inventory of all in-room mini-bars, organizing the stock room, and replenishing products as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Approach all interactions with guests and colleagues in a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain regular attendance and adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Restock mini-bars as needed and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Draft charge slips for proper charging of consumed products.
  • Clean and maintain mini-bars according to standard operating procedures.
  • Keep inventory of all supplies needed to restock mini-bars.
  • Perform opening procedures and side work duties as required.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
  • Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
