Direct Support Professional - $16.50 per hour

Working in community environments, alongside our clinical team, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) assist in implementing therapeutic and behavioral strategies, empowering individuals to achieve greater independence.
- Facilitate transportation and community engagement: outings, medical visits, and shopping trips
- Support daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication management
- Guide individuals in achieving various developmental objectives such as community involvement, budgeting, nutrition, and vocational skills
- Assist with essential living skills, including personal hygiene and grooming
- Help individuals manage challenging behaviors with effective redirection techniques
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Preferred six months of experience in human services
- Valid driver's license in good standing for at least one year
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Successful completion of background checks
- Dependable and responsible demeanor
- Compassionate approach with a commitment to excellence in service delivery
