- High School diploma or equivalent, with a preference for an Associate's degree in computer technology or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse populations.
- Basic knowledge of computer networking, hardware, and software systems.
- Ability to provide instruction in basic computer use and hardware/software.
