We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.
About the RoleThe Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct and individualized nursing care to an assigned group of patients under the direction of a registered nurse or provider.
- Observe and report medical information and nursing care provided in the electronic medical record
- Communicate with the healthcare team to facilitate the coordination of individualized patient care
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
