About the Role

Penn State Health is seeking a skilled Outpatient LPN to join our team in Hershey, Pennsylvania. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients under the direction of a registered nurse or provider.
  • Observe, report, and record medical information and nursing care provided in the electronic medical record.
  • Instruct patients and families according to teaching plans.
  • Communicate with the healthcare team to facilitate the coordination of individualized patient care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current license to practice as a licensed practical nurse by the state of employment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification prior to completion of orientation.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is between $65,000 and $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
