About the Position

This is a senior leadership role within our Customer Excellence Group, focusing on customer success and growth. As a Strategic Enterprise Software Leader, you will lead the team responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and adoption of our software solutions.

Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, innovative offers, and market-leading solutions. You will work closely with sales teams, product management, and customer-facing departments to develop and execute growth plans that deliver business value to our customers.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience leading high-growth organizations in enterprise software sales, marketing, or services. Your expertise should include driving collaborative partnerships across SI's and Channel partners, as well as knowledge of the ServiceNow landscape.

You will have a strong track record of building and running businesses with the right operational skills, including P&L experience within a $15Bn+ enterprise. Your ability to build relationships with C-level executives, drive business growth, and inspire a team to excel will be crucial in this role.

The estimated salary for this position is $174,200 - $313,600 per year, depending on qualifications and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, we offer equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
