Marketing & Sales Coordinator for Assisted Living Community

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive occupancy growth and maintain budgeted levels.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports, including weekly marketing reports, occupancy reports, and community performance reviews.
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of quarterly sales and marketing plans, as well as competitive analyses.
  • Determine pricing and promotional strategies based on market research and industry trends.
  • Participate in sales meetings and conference calls to stay informed and aligned with team goals.
  • Contribute to the weekend Manager on Duty program as assigned.
  • Manage the sales tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Allocate approximately 80% of work time to internal sales efforts, such as providing tours, scheduling calls, and data entry.
  • Devote approximately 20% of work time to external sales calls and professional relationship development.
  • Assist with pre-evaluations, scheduling move-in evaluations, and completing new resident paperwork.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from referral sources and prospective clients.
  • Provide education on available programs and their benefits to prospects.
  • Participate in community outreach events to promote the community.
Requirements
  • College degree preferred or equivalent sales and marketing experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales and marketing experience in a geriatric, rehabilitation, nursing, and/or assisted living environment.
  • Proven track record of generating and closing high-quality leads.
  • Experience with professional sales calls and outreach.
  • Basic computer knowledge required.
  • Ability to utilize a calculator, copier, telephone, and personal vehicle.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work some weekends as Manager on Duty.
  • Clean driving record.
