Role Overview

The Associate Commercialization Manager will primarily be responsible for guiding products from initial concept through to production. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to uphold Heartland FPG's status as a leader in innovation and product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and advocate for category initiatives - Ensure that strategic plans are effectively translated into packaging, marketing, and merchandising strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with diverse teams across the organization.
  • Oversee internal communications regarding data reports, strategic plans, and operational standards.
  • Conduct market research for the assigned category.
  • Implement and maintain reporting systems for the designated category.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, ideally within the consumer packaged goods industry.

  • Possess a solution-oriented mindset, demonstrating the ability to think with a business ownership perspective.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
  • Capability to sit for extended periods while engaging with computers, telephones, and other electronic devices.
  • Visual acuity to accurately document company records.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
