Additionally, Heartland is at the forefront of the burgeoning portable liquid beverage mix market. Our products are crafted in the USA and are distributed across North America, Europe, Central and South America, and the Pacific Rim.
Role Overview
The Associate Commercialization Manager will primarily be responsible for guiding products from initial concept through to production. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to uphold Heartland FPG's status as a leader in innovation and product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and advocate for category initiatives - Ensure that strategic plans are effectively translated into packaging, marketing, and merchandising strategies.
- Work collaboratively with diverse teams across the organization.
- Oversee internal communications regarding data reports, strategic plans, and operational standards.
- Conduct market research for the assigned category.
- Implement and maintain reporting systems for the designated category.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, ideally within the consumer packaged goods industry.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
- Capability to sit for extended periods while engaging with computers, telephones, and other electronic devices.
- Visual acuity to accurately document company records.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
