About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Willow Tree Care Center, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing compassionate care to our residents. You will be responsible for assessing resident needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and other team members to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence

Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of [insert state]
