We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Willow Tree Care Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of our residents, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing direct care and support as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Assess the needs of residents and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct care and support to residents, including administering medications and completing resident assessments
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services
  • Supervise and mentor caregivers and other staff members to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current RN licensure in the state of [insert state]
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
