As a Content Sales Specialist at Paul Davis, you will play a crucial role in our mission to restore and revive what matters most to our clients. In this essential position, you will drive business growth by spearheading the sales of our premier content restoration services. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients, managing intricate restoration projects, and ensuring smooth coordination with insurance providers. You will combine your expertise in sales, project management, and customer service to rejuvenate cherished belongings and assist clients in rebuilding after a disaster strikes.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Sales:
- Initial Consultation: Meet with clients (homeowners, businesses, insurance adjusters) to evaluate the extent of damage to contents (furniture, personal items, documents, etc.) and clarify the restoration process.
- Service Offering: Present and sell the Paul Davis content restoration services, which may include cleaning, deodorizing, restoring, and storing personal or business items.
- Custom Solutions: Collaborate with clients to develop tailored restoration plans that meet their specific needs, timelines, and budget considerations.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including building relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, and other potential referral sources.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance the company's content restoration services and sales strategies.
- Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities to promote the company's services and build a network of potential clients and partners.
- Sales Expertise: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in service-based sales, preferably in the restoration industry.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to assess damage accurately and propose effective restoration solutions.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of the restoration process, including cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment used in content restoration.
