- Maintains and services designated equipment utilizing hand and power tools.
- Prepares machinery for operational readiness during off-peak seasons and initiates startup procedures as necessary.
Qualifications and Experience

Education: High school diploma or equivalent with coursework in electrical, carpentry, and mechanical maintenance disciplines.

Experience: Preferred attributes include strong communication skills and the ability to foster effective relationships with stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
- Uphold and exemplify organizational values in daily tasks.
- Identify and implement safety measures to mitigate risks.
- Effectively prioritize maintenance tasks.
- Execute scheduled equipment shutdowns and startups.
- Address maintenance requests in a timely manner.
