As a Sales Gallery Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our internal and external clients. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you supervise the Sales Gallery Team, teaching and training them to provide outstanding service. You'll serve as a liaison between the Sales and Marketing Departments, ensuring seamless communication and efficient delivery of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the Gifting, Front Desk, and Kitchen Teams.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and staff the Sales Gallery Teams.
  • Ensure the Sales Gallery Coordinators are stocking the Pre Packs daily.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are practiced, and scripts are followed by the Sales Gallery Teams.
  • Respond to customer complaints as necessary.
  • Manage and maintain the Premium Inventory.
  • Manage Petty Cash.
  • Ensure leads are performing their opening and closing duties accurately.
  • Perform all Sales Gallery Lead duties and Sales Gallery Coordinator duties as needed.
  • Support all Month End Close days.
  • Be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends.

What We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 3-5 years of related experience.
  • 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • Associate's Degree/College Diploma.
