We are currently looking for qualified candidates for the position of Warehouse Team Leader - 1st Shift.

Key Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Team Leader will oversee various warehouse operations as directed by the Operations Supervisor. This role includes ensuring the accurate completion of all shipping documentation and system entries.

  • Support the supervisor in coordinating the activities of team members involved in verifying and maintaining records for outgoing shipments and preparing items for dispatch.
  • Review bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other documentation to establish shipping priorities, work assignments, and methods required to meet shipping schedules.
  • Assist team members in order fulfillment and product placement within the warehouse.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Distribution Management Team.

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, preferably HighJump.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Forklift certification.

Physical Requirements:

This role necessitates frequent sitting and standing, as well as the ability to bend, squat, kneel, reach overhead, and stand or walk for extended periods. Candidates must be capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 45 pounds.
