Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations: Perform warehouse tasks as assigned by the Operations Supervisor, including accurately completing shipping documentation and system entries.
  • Training and Development: Train new hires on proper driving techniques and work processes, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Assign work according to daily priorities, ensure team members follow all safety rules, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Assist at the shipping desk as needed, and may be required to load, unload, and put away products.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience working in a warehouse/distribution environment, with a proven ability to show high attention to detail.
  • Leadership and Communication: Demonstrated leadership abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: WMS experience, HighJump Preferred, Microsoft Office Suite, and Forklift Certification.
Physical Demands

This position requires frequent sitting and standing, with the ability to bend, squat, kneel, reach overhead, and stand/walk for up to 4 hours at a time. Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 45 pounds.
