Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties
  • Oversee the design and configuration of all auxiliary components and systems related to the primary product, including piping, valves, tubes, fluid management systems (fuel, lubrication, hydraulics), pumps, actuators, and tooling.
  • Acquire extensive knowledge in a specific technical domain, leveraging prior experience and technical acumen to implement strategies and policies.
  • Possess a deep understanding of essential business drivers, utilizing this insight to enhance personal contributions. Recognize how your team's efforts align with and support broader organizational objectives.
  • Employ sound judgment and the capability to propose innovative solutions within established guidelines, drawing on previous experience and on-the-job training to tackle straightforward challenges. Access technical expertise and analytical skills to resolve issues, potentially consulting multiple internal resources beyond your immediate team.
  • This position typically involves individual contributions from candidates with strong interpersonal skills or emerging leaders capable of mentoring and developing talent. Provide informal support to new team members.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Systems Engineering.
Preferred Attributes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven capability to analyze and address challenges effectively.
  • Experience in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
  • Demonstrated project management proficiency.
